Black Tea:                                                                                                 Black Tea is one of the most  caffeinated teas, with 40 Milligrams of caffine per cup. But also contains thearubigins and theaflavins which are two types of antioxidants that have been linked to a lower level of cholesterol. By drinking three or more cups of Black tea can lower the risk of having a stroke by 21%.

Green Tea: 

Green tea is source for catechins, another type of antioxidant.  

White Tea:

White tea contains catechins which can help fight cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

Echinacea Tea:

Echinacea tea is a natrual source of fighting a common cold or any other kind of common illnesses.

Lemon Ginger Tea: 

Lemon ginger Tea is known to enhance blood flow and has Detoxing your body and eliminating the toxins. It is also known to fight the flu, cough or cold.

Peppermint Tea:
